By accessing or using CrossKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Subscription and Payment
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions will be charged at the rates specified at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through PayPal.
4. Usage Limits
Free users are limited to 10 daily uses per tool. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited usage. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CrossKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CrossKit makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CrossKit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
